*Per person, per installment for a fixed term beginning on the selected start date and end date. Move-in date will generally be set to the 1st or 15th of the month, or the next business day if the 1st or 15th is a weekend or holiday. Whole number of installments required as specified in the Housing Agreement (e.g., 7 installments for a start date in January 2025); reduced first installment for immediate move-in on the 15th of a month. Includes in-unit laundry, internet and community amenities. $10 amenity fee required with each installment. Annual administrative fee ($650, or $225 with approved guarantor) and $50 application fee required. Limited spaces are available for immediate move-in; please inquire with our staff. Current available rates shown; rates are subject to change through the time a contract is fully signed.
